During the Term, we are licensing you to use this application, not selling it to you. Pursuant to these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license.

Interfere with other users' normal use of the App;

Copy, modify, alter, adapt, provide, translate, port, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; and/or
Other acts that infringe upon our legitimate rights.
You agree that your use of the App, including advertising within the App, is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any and all claims, liability, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the App, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms of Use.
You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss whatsoever caused, or alleged to be caused, by or in connection with the use of, or reliance on, any such third party content, or service or products made available by third parties or available on or through any third parties’ website. Most third party sites provide legal documents, including terms of use and privacy policies, governing the use of each such third party sites. It is advisable and we encourage you to read these legal documents carefully before using any such third party sites or any third party services.
All trademarks and logos displayed, mentioned or otherwise used in this App are property
of us as stated if applicable. You are not permitted to use any of these trademarks or logos in any way without explicit prior written permission from us as applicable.
The App are not intentionally designed for or directed to children. If you are a minor, you should only use this app after obtaining the explicit consent of your parent or guardian.
We may, at our sole discretion, change, modify, add or remove any terms and conditions of these Terms at any time without prior written notice to you. Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms will constitute your full and irrevocable acceptance of any such changes. If any modification to these Terms is not acceptable to you, your only option is to stop using the App.
Your license to use the App under these Terms of Use and any obligations of us to you will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term of these Terms of Use. No notice will be required from us to enforce such termination.
